Primient, a leader in plant-based food and industrial ingredients, is seeking a Site Shift Coordinator to support production, safety, quality and maintenance coordination across the plant area. You will serve as the key link between the operating area, maintenance/electrical group and plant management, developing game plans to meet safety, quality and production goals.

This role requires strong technical troubleshooting, clear verbal and written communication, and the ability to prioritize

Qualifications

• Has minimum of four (4) years’ experience in an operating role.
• Has attained skill block level 3.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the team operates and communicates in a safe manner.
• Daily safety topics are held, safety incidents are reported, near misses are addressed.
• Ensure team functions at high level and meet quality/production targets.
• Monitor GMP and implement corrective actions when standards are not met.
• Coordinate off-shift mechanical/electrical resources and prioritize tasks.
• Communicate game plans with area technicians at shift start and during shift.
