Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) seeks a General Affairs Security Specialist to organize and oversee all security operations, developing policies and procedures to maintain security standards across the plant.

You will lead security personnel, monitor surveillance, manage budgets, and conduct risk assessments. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and emergency decision-making abilities in a high‑stakes industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in security management, preferably in plant/industrial setting
• Experience establishing plant security protocols and risk management
• Experience recruiting, training, and supervising security staff
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergencies

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee security operations
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures
