  • Achieve target customer service levels and inventory turn levels, conducting formal reviews of these metrics monthly.
  • Monitor Finished Goods (FG) levels to ensure the correct material and quantity are maintained and actively work to reduce excess inventory.
Performance Metrics & Management Reporting-
  • Monitor, analyze, and report performance to the production schedule.
  • Issue actual versus scheduled production metrics weekly and ensure that a 95% compliance to schedule is achievable (Schedule Compliance Metric).
  • Prepare a summary of key information weekly for the Business Leadership Meeting.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to keep up to date on issues related to the Sales Forecast, Manufacturing, Planning, and New Product introductions.
