Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Previous sanitation experience in a food production enviornment required.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Train operators on how to properly clean processing equipment and inspect cleanliness.
• Lead shift huddles and organize cleaning tasks during CIP to ensure timely task completion.
• Audit cleaning tools, chemicals, PPE usage and training for staff.
• Assist and train CIP processes plantwide and operator care sanitation tasks.
• Perform equipment inspections and audits for cleanliness and CIL completion.
