Campbell's in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Supervisor in the Quality Assurance group to lead sanitation of plant infrastructure and a four-person Master Sanitation team. This first-shift role requires flexibility to support weekends or off-hours and collaboration across departments to ensure the highest product quality.

The position reports to the Quality Assurance Manager and offers a path for growth within a large, consumer-food manufacturing environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years sanitation experience and 1+ year supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Or a Bachelor's degree with 3 months of manufacturing experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop sanitation standard work, training programs, cleaning validation, and verification processes.
• Lead and improve sanitation and pest control programs, systems, procedures, and databases.
• Track sanitation KPIs and report to Operations Supervisors and Plant Leadership.
• Coordinate with cleaning chemical suppliers and service providers.
