Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Supervisor in the Quality Assurance group to ensure a safe, reliable and productive plant while supporting production. You will manage a Master Sanitation team of four and may work weekends or off hours as needed.

You will be a key part of the Quality Assurance team, collaborating with multiple departments to assure the highest quality for products and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sanitation experience and 1+ year supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Bachelor's degree with 3 months of manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sanitation standard work, training, cleaning validation and verification processes.
• Lead sanitation and pest control programs and related databases.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities in sanitation activities and improve line cleaning and changeover times.
• Track sanitation KPIs and report to Operations Supervisors and Plant Leadership.
• Serve as primary plant contact for cleaning chemical suppliers and janitorial services.
• Ensure sanitation programs meet regulatory and corporate standards.
• Partner with Corporate Food Safety to implement improvements and support start-ups.
• Lead and develop the sanitation team responsible for plant infrastructure.
