Job summary

Nutrien is seeking an Officer, Safety & Security for the Aurora plant in North Carolina. The role focuses on enforcing security and safety rules, managing access, and supporting cost-effective operations during a 12-hour shift. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• NCRC testing required for all hourly applicants with minimum scores: Graphic Literacy 4, Applied Mathematics 5, Workplace Documents 5, and must be uploaded with resume.

Responsibilities

• Perform security checks for traffic entering the plant site.
• Issue plant passes to visitors after verifying license and ID.
• Verify inbound freight documents (DO T endorsements and bills of lading).
• Enforce federal, state and company safety protocols and regulations.
• Provide emergency assistance on site and to surrounding areas.
• Learn and apply SOPs, safety, environmental procedures, and regulations.
