Nutrien Ag Solutions Limited is seeking an Entry Level Operator for Chemical Operations in Aurora, NC. You will be responsible for safe, coordinated operations on a 12-hour rotating shift, handling loading/unloading with rail cars and following strict safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• NCRC testing is required and must meet minimum scores.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as process flow diagrams and equipment manuals.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to wear required PPE (e.g., safety glasses, steel-toed boots).

Responsibilities

• Perform all work safely and adhere to safety policies.
• Follow OSHA, MSHA, and MARSEC guidelines for injuries prevention.
• Work with PPE as required and use protective equipment.
• Collaborate with team to complete assignments and minimize downtime.
• Support continuous improvement and cross-train across facility areas.
• Work from elevated structures and on various lifts as needed.
• Follow safety rules and regulations and work a 12-hour rotating shift.
• Handle loading/unloading of products with rail cars.
