Job summary

Heidelberg Materials US Cement LLC in Nazareth, PA seeks a proactive Safety Professional to support cement plant operations. You will partner with plant leadership to foster a strong safety culture, drive improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will lead inspections, risk assessments and investigations, coach leaders on safe practices, monitor policies, and analyze trends to reduce risk across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading safety initiatives in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of occupational safety regulations and risk mitigation.
• MSHA knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze safety data and implement corrective actions.
• Solid computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives that promote a proactive, injury-free workplace culture.
• Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations to identify and eliminate hazards.
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to leaders and employees on safe work practices.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and environmental, health, and safety programs.
• Analyze safety trends and recommend practical solutions that improve performance and reduce risk.
