Job summary

SugarCreek is seeking a Safety, Health and Security (SHS) coordinator to partner with the Plant SHS Manager in developing and coordinating SHS programs across personnel, materials, and equipment.

You will identify safety gaps, analyze metrics, and help implement new protocols while ensuring OSHA compliance and training needs are met. The role requires a Bachelor's in Safety Engineering or similar and 2+ years in safety or security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Safety Engineering or similar field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in safety/security or related role preferred.
• Comfort with safety training and regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist SHS Manager in planning, developing, and coordinating SHS programs.
• Identify safety violations and gaps; help implement corrective actions.
• Conduct facility audits and ensure OSHA recordkeeping and reporting requirements.
