Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking an industrial maintenance technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy plant equipment. The role focuses on conveyors, crushers, motors, pumps, and related machinery to maximize reliability.

You will perform preventive maintenance, read and interpret technical drawings, and collaborate with operations to resolve issues safely while following all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial mechanical equipment.
• Strong knowledge of rotating, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment to maximize plant reliability and performance.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on conveyors, crushers, motors, pumps, and related equipment.
• Install, align, and fabricate mechanical components and systems to support operational needs.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to identify and resolve equipment issues safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures, maintenance standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate work documentation.
