A leading manufacturing company based in Texas is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee plant maintenance and reliability activities. Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, including 5+ years leading maintenance teams.
- Demonstrated support of injection molding, metal fabrication, and wire harness manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience implementing and using CMMS; strong preventive/predictive maintenance discipline.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians and supervisors.
- Develop, implement, and sustain preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.

Expert troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
