Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead plant reliability and a high‑performing maintenance team in Spearfish, SD. This hands‑on leadership role focuses on uptime, safety, and optimized equipment performance across a 24/7 operation.

You will drive PM/PdM programs, oversee CMMS workflows, and mentor technicians while collaborating with production and leadership to deliver cost‑effective reliability improvements. Strong technical background required.

Qualifications

10+ years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience.
7+ years of technical maintenance leadership experience.
Strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience with CMMS, preventive maintenance, and reliability programs.
Proven ability to lead teams, drive change, and solve complex problems.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Lead all plant maintenance operations to maximize uptime, safety, and productivity.
Build, coach, and develop a skilled team of maintenance technicians.
Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs (PM/PdM).
Oversee CMMS management, work orders, scheduling, and equipment reliability initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Partner with production and leadership teams to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance best practices.
