Momentive is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer to provide engineering support for the site Maintenance and Operations teams, ensuring asset reliability to meet production needs. The role leads programs such as Mechanical Integrity, rotating equipment seals, vibration analysis, chiller maintenance, and cooling tower treatment, while coordinating with maintenance personnel.

BS degree in Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of industrial/manufacturing plant experience.
Ability to read P&IDs, construction drawings, and manuals.
Experience leading cross-functional project teams; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Manage programs to improve plant asset reliability and conformance to engineering standards.
Analyze maintenance data to determine failure rates and predict future failures; justify improvements.
Lead root cause investigations and develop corrective actions with a team.
Develop and maintain master data for equipment records and preventive maintenance.
Review capital project designs and assess suppliers/contractors.
Perform financial analysis of repairs and programs to support site budgets.
