Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC seeks a Reliability Manager for its Albany, GA Corrugated facility. The ideal candidate is a self-driven leader with a passion for Safety, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, and Customer Focus.

The Reliability Manager is a key leader responsible for improving the facility's manufacturing performance through machine availability and equipment reliability. You will collaborate with all levels of the organization to drive vision, strategy and disciplined execution aligned

Qualifications

Leadership experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment or military leadership.
Experience using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

Apply reliability engineering to develop and implement maintenance strategies across assets.
Analyze equipment performance data to support data-driven decisions for uptime.
Lead root cause analysis and problem solving for reliability issues.
Ensure maintenance work is safe and meets engineering standards.
Collaborate with operations to evaluate capacity and asset constraints.
Provide technical oversight of plant maintenance systems including electrical and mechanical.
Prioritize maintenance work using asset criticality and reliability principles.
Develop maintenance team capability with precision maintenance practices.
Support continuous improvement to sustain long-term reliability.
