Job summary

Darling Ingredients is seeking a Plant Reliability Manager to oversee Reliability Controllers and drive maintenance excellence at our Cold Spring, KY facility. The role serves as SME for Maintenance Connection and leads CMMS administration while championing PdM and OpEx initiatives at the plant.

You will collaborate with reliability engineers, ensure reliability is integrated into CapEx projects, and manage 3rd party reliability programs such as machine condition monitoring and oil analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a maintenance environment with emphasis on reliability.
• Minimum 2 years maintenance planning or management experience.
• Strong maintenance and rendering background is required.
• Experience with reliability and lean initiatives.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Able to speak, read, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Reliability Controllers.
• Support regional reliability reporting with plant reliability compliance and ensure proper reporting.
• Liaison between Reliability engineers and coordinators for implementing high level Reliability methodology.
• Work with reliability engineers to ensure other engineering disciplines adhere to Reliability concerns during project evolution.
• Coordinate 3rd party reliability initiatives (e.g., PdM programs).
• All other duties as assigned.
