Job summary

You will plan and execute preventive maintenance, supervise commissioning of new equipment, manage environmental programs, and coach the maintenance team to drive continuous improvement. This role reports to the Engineering Manager and combines hands-on leadership with budgeting, vendor management, and performance reporting to reduce

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of Maintenance Engineering experience.
• BS in Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to lead safety programs and environmental compliance.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Direct repairs and troubleshoot chronic issues with a data-driven approach.
• Oversee installation, inspection, and commissioning of new machines.
• Manage vendors, bids, and ensure quality and performance.
• Lead environmental program audits, reporting, and stormwater/wastewater monitoring.
• Provide direction to Maintenance department and drive continuous improvement.
