Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Maintenance / Facility Engineering Manager at our Jackson, TN facility. You will lead the Maintenance Department, drive preventive maintenance, oversee new equipment installations and facility projects, and ensure environmental and safety compliance to support world-class manufacturing performance.

The role requires 7–10 years in maintenance engineering in manufacturing, plus strong leadership and project-management skills.

Qualifications

Experience in Maintenance Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Strong environmental compliance knowledge and experience.
Proven project management and leadership capabilities.
Ability to manage budgets and drive cost reduction without compromising safety or quality.
Experience leading Health & Safety programs and training.

Responsibilities

Direct the Maintenance Department to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
Develop preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with schedules.
Oversee installation of new machinery and facility improvements.
Manage budgets and cost control for maintenance and facility projects.
Ensure environmental, health and safety standards are followed and maintained.
Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
Coordinate with Production and Engineering to align maintenance with manufacturing needs.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality and safety standards.
