Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
- 5+ years of maintenance, reliability, or engineering experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with CMMS systems (SAP, Maximo, or Oracle).
- Knowledge of reliability methods and maintenance strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the plant reliability program and drive equipment uptime improvements.
- Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Lead PM and PdM programs to improve uptime and reduce failures.
- Partner with maintenance manager to optimize schedules and work execution.
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and downtime trends.
- Implement PdM technologies like vibration analysis and thermography.
- Support maintenance planning, scheduling, and asset management.
