Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas in Franklin, OH seeks a Plant Quality Manager II to lead the quality management system and drive continuous improvements in quality, audits, change control and data analysis in line with corporate standards.

You will train personnel, manage the food safety program, and serve as a key contact with customers for quality concerns, while collaborating with the Senior Quality Manager and cross‑functional teams to deliver safe, compliant products.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in manufacturing or related field.
• 3–5 years in a manufacturing role with quality focus.
• Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills.
• Green belt certification preferred and leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant quality management system elements in coordination with Senior Quality Manager.
• Generate data analysis and reports including VOC, CARs, SCARs, COAs, SPC.
• Manage customer interactions for product or service quality.
• Lead continuous improvement teams and QM pillar activities.
• Ensure food safety team is trained and food safety system maintained.
• Participate in cross-divisional teams and audits.
