Job summary

LP Building Solutions seeks a Senior Quality Leader to own all aspects of plant process and product quality, ensuring conformance with internal specs, certifying agency requirements, and meeting customer expectations. You will drive continuous improvement to enhance process and product consistency and develop strategic goals aligned with business objectives.

You will lead the Quality department, overseeing lab sampling, safety, housekeeping and data reporting, and will provide coaching,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated experience implementing SPC, quality management systems, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage a quality department supporting operations at a manufacturing facility.
• Lead safety, quality and environmental performance improvements.
• Develop and manage quality systems, including SOPs and calibration of lab equipment.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects and capital planning support.
• Coach, train, and monitor department staff and ensure training records are up to date.
• Ensure adherence to customer requirements and corporate quality policies.
• Support internal quality audits and corrective actions.
