Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Plant Purchasing Operations Partner to connect Hillsboro, OR (or San Luis Obispo, CA) with the Purchasing Center.

You will drive procurement execution to meet production needs, coordinate cross-functional escalations, and promote governance while optimizing supplier performance and material flow. The role partners with Planning, Operations, Quality, Logistics, and Procurement Operations to mitigate risks and protect customer commitments, advancing continuous

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 6 years with a master’s degree.
• Experience managing complex procurement execution and supplier performance challenges.
• Strong knowledge of procurement operations, ERP/MRP concepts, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of complex supply and procurement execution challenges impacting production.
• Coordinate escalation between plants, Planning, Quality, and Purchasing Center teams.
• Serve as primary site liaison for Procurement Operations and ensure plant priorities are represented.
• Identify supplier performance and fulfillment risks affecting operations.
• Partner with Planning and Operations to support production schedules and inventory strategies.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring disruptions.
• Support governance forums like S&OE and S&OP with procurement data.
• Promote standard work and governance across sites.
• Analyze procurement performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Support process improvements and digital tool implementations.
