Ecolab, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to apply engineering expertise and management skills to support plant operations, maintenance, and capital improvement initiatives.

You will lead complex projects, partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve safety, quality, environmental, and financial objectives. The role demands strong technical knowledge, leadership, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• At least 1 year of TPM or reliability-focused program experience.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering, maintenance, and capital projects to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Train, develop, and motivate a capable workforce for plant needs while promoting engagement.
• Provide maintenance support to ensure reliability and customer service goals.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards per company policies.
• Support wastewater management and environmental compliance.
