Job summary

R3 Lithium Inc. Covington, Georgia invites a results-driven Plant Project Manager to lead multi-million dollar capital projects from concept through startup.

You will drive safety, schedule, cost, and quality with EPC/EPCM partners, operations, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact lithium processing facilities on time and within budget. Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years in chemical manufacturing or heavy industry, deep PSM/HAZOP knowledge, and a track record of portfolio leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical/ mechanical/ industrial engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of project management experience in chemical manufacturing, petrochemical, refining, or heavy industrial environments.
• Proven track record managing capital projects >$100 million.
• Experience leading projects through lifecycle from concept through startup.
• Experience managing EPC and EPCM contractors.
• Strong knowledge of PSM, HAZOP, OSHA.
• Proficiency with project scheduling and cost-control software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple capital projects ranging from $5 million to over $100 million in total portfolio value.
• Develop project execution strategies aligned with business goals and production requirements.
• Establish project priorities, resource allocation plans, and portfolio governance processes.
• Monitor project performance through cost, schedule, scope, quality, safety, and risk.
• Oversee FEED, Detailed engineering, Procurement, Construction, Startup and handover.
• Coordinate internal engineering teams and external EPC/EPCM contractors.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables and technical specs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage budgets exceeding $100 million.
• Maintain capital forecasting and expenditure tracking.
