Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Plant Project Manager to ensure smooth execution of customer orders and projects. This individual contributor role requires coordinating capacity, data entry, and cross-plant collaboration to meet milestones and customer dates.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management with SQL/database skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
• SQL knowledge and database tools experience.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Ability to drive process improvements and efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Review customer order quotes for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage data entry and change orders for order features.
• Coordinate capacity to meet customer demands across plants.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to meet milestones and timelines.
• Coordinate with other plants to enable seamless project execution.
• Communicate best dates for approvals and ship dates to customers.
