Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Clinton, Oklahoma, is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, organize, and complete plant engineering projects. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, documentation, and risk, while maintaining relationships with third-party partners.

Role requires a BS in engineering, 3+ years in cGMP manufacturing, and ability to support plant operations including off-shift work. Compensation includes benefits and relocation assistance within country.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in cGMP manufacturing with project management.
• Knowledge of CEB Capital Procurement and EOHS.
• Willingness to support manufacturing operations including off-shift work.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Execute project phases including technical studies, design, specifications, and testing.
• Coordinate development, scheduling, and problem resolution for engineering design and tests.
• Control project expenditures within budget constraints.
• Prepare interim and final reports and support plant operations to minimize production issues.
• Apply engineering expertise to equipment design and continuous quality improvement.
• Develop project scopes, cost estimates, savings, and timing plans.
• Hire and supervise contractors within project management scope.
