Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Hodges, SC, seeks a Sr. Manager, Plant Engineering to lead engineering and maintenance at our Greenwood production campus.

You will drive capital projects, ensure equipment reliability, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing engineering, SAP knowledge, and strong leadership to coach teams and collaborate with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
• Master's degree in a technical field or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or production plant engineering/maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Google Suite and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities capital program and infrastructure improvements.
• Lead a team of engineers, maintenance, CAD staff and technicians.
• Ensure equipment specs, layouts, electrical and controls meet design standards.
