Job summary

Seaboard Foods is hiring for Plant Production Worker roles in our pork processing facility in Oklahoma. These full-time, fast-paced positions involve repetitive tasks across processing, packaging and shipping of pork products. On-the-job training is provided and prior experience is not required.

Key requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, wearing PPE, working in hot and wet conditions, and passing a pre-employment physical. Availability for overtime supports production needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least up to 50 pounds.
• Must wear all assigned PPE for the position while working.
• Must be able to work in a hot and wet environment.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and use body parts for physically demanding work.
• Good hand-eye coordination and upper extremity motor skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks that require manual material handling and use of hand tools, knives, machinery, and equipment while processing, packaging and shipping pork products.
• Engage in physically demanding work with use of multiple body parts and muscle groups.
• Maintain safety and quality standards through proper PPE and procedures.
• Adapt to varying tasks within the pork processing environment.
• Be available to work scheduled hours, including overtime as production needs require.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
