Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an Operations Trainee for its Production Management Development Program in Fresno, CA. This rotational role blends hands-on floor work with analytical and project-based tasks to build leadership-ready understanding of plant operations.

You will analyze production data, support decision-making, and lead continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, quality, safety and cost. Overtime may be required as business needs arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing/production.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational program across production, quality, maintenance and safety.
• Observe processes and collect/analyze operational data to assess efficiency and quality.
• Analyze KPIs, SPC data, and production reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead assigned projects and continuous improvement initiatives with defined objectives.
• Exercise independent judgment in evaluating operational challenges and recommending actions.
• Support safety performance and compliance initiatives through data analysis and observations.
