Job summary

Arcosa Crushed Concrete is seeking a plant laborer to support daily operations at our Fresno, TX facility. You will follow safety policies, inspect equipment, and assist with crushing and debris removal to ensure reliable production.

The role requires willingness to work outdoors in varied weather, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. Experience is preferred, and 18+ years old applicants are welcome to apply. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Some experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and OSHA compliance, inspect daily, report deficiencies to supervisor.
• Perform daily maintenance inspections to maximize production and minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and monitor for safety or maintenance issues.
• Operate equipment by performing crushing, removing rebar and debris as needed.
• Repair and maintain plant equipment, including screens, belts, wear parts, liners, pumps.
• Assist with plant operations: cleaning, washing, sweeping, shoveling materials; keep misters operational.
• Cross-train and safely perform other jobs as needed to meet productivity targets.
• Perform other duties as required.
