Job summary

Rapid Xchange is seeking an Assembly Line Technician for our Brookshire, TX Cylinder Refurbishing Plant. We value hardworking, dedicated employees who prioritize safety and thrive in a rapidly growing company.

The ideal candidate will lift up to 40 pounds, endure hot/cold conditions, and work well in a team environment. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with 401(k) matching up to 5% and health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift approximately 40 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying hot/cold conditions.
• The desire to succeed in a team environment.
• Prior plant/manufacturing experience is a plus.
