Job summary

Parker Gas Co. Inc. is seeking a customer service representative for our Clinton, NC location.

You will handle inquiries by phone and computer, perform back-office tasks such as accounts receivable and new customer setup, and assist with showroom displays. Qualifications

• Two-year associate degree preferred, at minimum high school diploma.
• Ability to lift approximately 45 pounds.
• Fill propane cylinders as needed.
• Assemble showroom items such as grills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Industry experience is a plus.

We are seeking a customer service representative who can provide exceptional customer service for fielding customer inquiries and requests via phone and computer at our Clinton, NC location. This person would also be responsible for back-office tasks such as accounts receivable, filing, and setting up new customer accounts. The candidate would also be responsible for safely filling customer propane cylinders upon request, appliance assembly, and display in our showroom.
