Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee all procurement and storeroom functions at the plant level.
• Structure, staff, lead, and develop the procurement operations team to meet business demands and sourcing objectives.
• Manage sourcing activities across MRO supplies, contractors, engineering services, local service providers, and outsourced production processes.
• Act as the primary interface between procurement and plant leadership to ensure alignment with operational and financial goals.
• Develop and implement strategic and tactical procurement plans that deliver cost savings and working capital improvements.
• Drive supplier performance while minimizing sourcing and supply chain risk.
• Ensure sourced materials, goods, and services align with plant operations and material requirements.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives, including Kaizen events and supplier productivity workshops.
