Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately enters product orders into manufacturers’ online ordering software and processes internal requests.
• Verifies order acknowledgments, tracks shipments, and checks quantities, pricing, and delivery dates.
• Creates Purchase Orders from approved requisitions ensuring compliance with policies.
• Collaborates with Project Managers to align procurement with production schedules and timelines.
• Follows up on outstanding orders with suppliers and internal stakeholders to expedite delivery.
• Maintains records in the procurement and inventory system (Business Central).
• Supports accounting, shipping & receiving, warranties and returns.
• Coordinates with internal teams to ensure proper storage and inventory levels.
