Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement management.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to comply with export control regulations related to EAR and/or ITAR requirements.
• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee all procurement and storeroom functions at the plant level.
• Structure, staff, lead, and develop the procurement operations team to meet business demands and sourcing objectives.
• Manage sourcing activities across MRO supplies, contractors, engineering services, local service providers, and outsourced production processes.
• Act as the primary interface between procurement and plant leadership to ensure alignment with operational and financial goals.
• Develop and implement strategic and tactical procurement plans that deliver cost savings, working capital improvements, and process efficiencies.
• Drive supplier performance while minimizing sourcing and supply chain risk.
• Ensure sourced materials, goods, and services align with plant operations, processes, and material requirements.
• Lead and support cost-reduction initiatives, including Kaizen events and inventory optimization.
