Qualifications

BS engineering discipline required (Chemical or Mechanical Preferred).
1-5 years of manufacturing or related experience required.

Possess strong sense of ownership and are accountable for the success and failure of their assigned unit.
Show courageous leadership by coaching, asking questions, and intervening when needed.
Role model professional behavior and plant culture expectations.
Learn and apply continuous improvement, value creation, and financial acumen to accelerate profitability.
Understand customer needs and drive high levels of quality, responsiveness and reliability.
Know plant margins and actively maximize total margin.
Understand production costs and work to improve cost position and EBITDA.
Set up metrics and management systems to drive optimization of plant value/EBITDA.
