Tessy Plastics Corp. is seeking a Process Engineer to partner with Plant and Cell Managers to optimize production processes and reduce waste. You will analyze metrics, drive continuous improvement, and implement changes with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing with injection molding experience and a strong ability to read SOPs, set up equipment, and troubleshoot. This on-site role offers competitive pay and a structured bonus program.

Qualifications

• Experience in plastics manufacturing and injection molding environments is required.
• Degree is preferred; extensive equivalent experience can substitute.
• Experience with multi-cavity tooling and process optimization.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and SOPs.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and setting up converting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Plant/Cell Managers to optimize production processes.
• Analyze metrics and drive continuous improvement and cost savings.
• Select molding machines and automation for jobs; qualify tools.
• Review cost sheets and daily production reports to identify improvements.
• Lead CAPA investigations and implement process enhancements.
• Train personnel on quality requirements and process details.
