Lonza in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a Plant Engineer to support ongoing operations by providing technical assistance related to manufacturing and process systems. The role serves as a technical resource to operations to ensure equipment and facilities meet production needs.

The position involves engineering project implementation to support manufacturing requirements, tech transfers, preventive maintenance updates, and change management.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• Preferred area: Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Technical analyses and troubleshooting of PI data, CIP/SIP circuit checks, MOC and flow path evaluations.
• Assist with tech transfer of new processes, update preventive maintenance plans, manage spare parts inventory.
• Support planning and implementation of equipment changes and process improvements; execute commissioning protocols and manage change requests.
• Participate in deviation investigations, root cause analyses (RCAs), and complete CAPA actions to ensure compliance.
• Review and update SOPs, work instructions, batch records, and engineering documents; author commissioning protocols.
• Maintain compliance with training requirements (SAP Learning Portal, ComplianceWire, iComply, QSMRT) and ensure no overdue tasks.
