Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong background in mechanical systems, electronics/automation, and chemical processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage plant environmental compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Support capital improvement projects from planning to completion.
• Oversee plant safety programs to ensure regulatory and company requirements.
• Provide engineering oversight for plant utilities, facilities, and production equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with internal teams and external contractors.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
