Job summary

Amrize Ravena Cement Plant in Ravena, NY is seeking a Process Control Supervisor to safely and efficiently produce cement, oversee equipment performance, and uphold environmental and quality standards. You will supervise operators in a unionized environment and coordinate with process and maintenance teams.

The role requires a strong focus on safety, asset integrity, adherence to SOPs, and ability to operate control room systems and related software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in cement manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure subordinates promote safety and follow plant safety program.
• Monitor cement production to meet quality guidelines and respond to deviations.
• Supervise field operations and maintain labor relations per bargaining agreement.
• Optimize equipment utilization with process and maintenance teams.
• Operate control room systems and document shift activities and downtime.
