Job summary

Ocean Spray seeks a Plant Engineering Supervisor to lead engineering technicians and stockroom coordinators in supporting plant maintenance and engineering activities. The role focuses on hands-on leadership, resource coordination, and timely parts availability to meet production needs.

You will drive equipment reliability, participate in continuous improvement, and coordinate cross-functional efforts across maintenance, controls, and operations to ensure safety and plant performance.

Three maverick farmers started it all — and we’ve been making our own way ever since.In this role, the Plant Engineering Supervisor provides direct supervision to engineering technicians and stockroom coordinators, ensuring effective daily support of plant maintenance and engineering activities. This position coordinates work priorities, supports execution of engineering and maintenance projects, and ensures timely availability of parts and materials to meet operational needs. The supervisor plays a key role in maintaining equipment reliability, supporting process improvements, and enabling continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.
