Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing, engineering, continuous improvement, or operations experience in a food/beverage/packaging environment.
• Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results.
• Experience solving complex operational problems and analyzing data.

Responsibilities

• Lead business improvement initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Develop tools, processes, and systems to improve visibility and decision making.
• Support digital manufacturing initiatives including data collection and analytics.
• Coach teams in problem-solving methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Drive capital projects, process capability studies, and performance analyses.
• Uphold GMP and company policies while promoting ownership and continuous improvement.
