Job summary

Bel Brands is seeking an Industrial Performance Engineer to advance plant performance through data-driven improvements and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll lead initiatives to boost productivity, quality, reliability, and cost efficiency while developing scalable tools and processes for operations.

Responsibilities include Lean-based problem solving, digital manufacturing support, and mentoring teams to sustain gains across multiple plants and functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing, engineering, continuous improvement, or operations experience in a food, beverage, packaging, or consumer products environment.
• Proven success leading improvement projects with measurable business results.
• Experience solving complex operational problems.
• Experience analyzing operational and business data.
• Experience working in a cross-functional manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead business improvement initiatives from concept through implementation and sustainment.
• Design and implement tools, processes, and systems that improve visibility and decision making.
• Support digital manufacturing initiatives and data-driven reporting.
• Coach teams in problem-solving methodologies and Lean/Operational Excellence.
• Contribute to capital projects and capacity improvement analyses.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

In lieu of a degree, relevant work experience
