Qualifications

• Five+ years overseeing and coordinating multiple contractors.
• Experience in building maintenance, construction, or contracting.
• Vendor and contractor relationship management demonstrated.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
