Job summary

Brandon Wilde in Evans, GA, a Life Plan Community serving 350+ residents, is seeking a hospitality focused Plant Operations Project Manager. You will coordinate planning, development, organization and implementation for the refurbishment and renovation program, overseeing contractors and vendors, and ensuring resident-focused service.

Requirements include five+ years in coordinating multiple trades, strong communication, and a valid GA or SC driver's license.

• Experience in building maintenance, construction, or contracting.
• Vendor and contractor relationship management demonstrated.

Brandon Wildeis recruiting a hospitality focused Plant Operations Project Manager to join our team!This role is responsible for coordinating and managing the overall planning, development, organization and implementation of services and needs for the Plant Operations refurbishment and renovation program.

Qualifications:

• Five or more years of experience overseeing and coordinating multiple contractors, including plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and installation teams.
• Must have experience and knowledge in building maintenance, construction, or a general contracting environment.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective vendor and contractor relationships.
• Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments, contractors, and residents throughout renovation and refurbishment projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Valid Georgia or South Carolina driver's license required.
