Job summary

Kraft Heinz's Winchester Plant is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead the operations function for a 500+ person site. You will plan, organize, direct and control production activities while ensuring compliance with GMP and Food Safety regulations.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and develop frontline leaders to achieve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity goals, with a focus on labor efficiency and OEE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Food Technology, or related degree is strongly preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment with a track record of transformational change.
• Business and financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decisions.
• Transformational leadership and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive KHMS cultural transformation and lead production front-line teams.
• Ensure safety and quality culture compliant with USDA & FDA regulations.
• Optimize production costs, OEE, waste, and labor efficiency.
• Manage product portfolio with Plant Manager and S&OP.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align production schedules and requirements.
• Develop continuous improvement programs using KHMS strategies and digital tools.
• Monitor KPIs and report plant performance to senior management.
• Manage production budget and Capex milestones.
• Lead and develop front-line leaders through coaching and mentoring.
