Job summary

Trilogy MedWaste is seeking a Plant Associate/Worker in Phoenix, AZ to perform assigned operations in a production environment with professionalism and discretion in interactions with customers, employees, managers and regulators.

Hourly Rate: $18.50-19.50. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, waste handling, autoclave processes, tub wash, inventory, and ensuring housekeeping and safety standards. The role requires adaptability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of lead supervisor experience preferred.
• Pleasant demeanor with employees, customers, vendors, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment is working properly.
• Unload waste from incoming vehicles.
• Separate non-autoclavable waste to be incinerated.
• Stage waste or properly stack waste for scanning.
• Scan waste into NavuSoft system for record keeping.
• Load autoclave bins with waste for processing.
• Place re-usable containers on the tub wash line for decontamination.
• Operate tub wash unit and ensure proper operation.
• Remove clean tubs, inspect, and stack for loading onto vehicles.
• Operate tub wash sprayer for oversized tubs and inspect for loading.
• Decontaminate vehicle cargo areas and ensure no free liquid on floor.
• Inform plant supervisor when vehicle is ready to move from dock.
• Address housekeeping issues promptly ( spills, dry floor, debris).
• Assist in other plant operations as directed.
• Pull orders to load supplies for next day service.
• Help keep inventory in order.
• Other duties as needed.
