Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Plant Associate/Worker to perform production operations safely and efficiently. The role involves interfacing with customers, employees, managers and regulators, and upholding professionalism and discretion in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of lead supervisor experience preferred.
• Pleasant demeanor with others including employees, customers, vendors and regulators.
• Ability to adapt to changing business demands and new tasks/protocols.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment is working properly.
• Unload waste from incoming vehicles.
• Separate non-autoclavable waste to be incinerated.
• Stage waste or properly stack waste for scanning.
• Scan waste into NavuSoft system for record keeping.
• Load autoclave bins with waste for processing.
• Place reusable containers on tub wash line for decontamination.
• Operate tub wash unit and inspect/tile tubs for reuse.
• Decontaminate vehicle cargo-carrying portions and ensure no free liquid on floor.
• Inform plant supervisor when vehicle is ready to move from dock.
• Ensure housekeeping issues, spills cleaned up, floors dry, debris removed.
• Assist in other areas of plant operation as directed.
• Pull order to load supplies for next day service.
• Help keep inventory supply in order.
• Other duties as needed.
