Trilogy Medwaste is seeking a dedicated Plant Associate to perform production tasks safely in a busy facility in Panama City, FL. You will handle waste streams, operate equipment, and ensure accurate record-keeping while complying with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of lead supervisor experience preferred.
• Pleasant demeanor with others and regulators.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment is working properly.
• Unload waste from incoming vehicles.
• Separate non-autoclavable waste to be incinerated.
• Stage waste or properly stack waste for scanning.
• Scan waste into NavuSoft system for record keeping.
• Load autoclave bins with waste for processing.
• Decontaminate vehicles cargo-carrying portion; ensure floors are dry.
