Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years general experience performing manual labor tasks (lifting, loading/unloading).

Responsibilities

• Operate controls used in the production process or assist machine operators.
• Perform general labor such as plant clean-up.
• Follow directions and complete tasks in a timely manner with or without close supervision.
• Communicate with shift leads and Production Superintendent about malfunctions or irregularities.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance program and testing processes.
• Assist with plant maintenance and inspect for high wear and potential problems.
• Assist maintenance technicians with routine maintenance and repairs (greasing, rollers, bearings, belt splices).
• Training belts for proper tracking and other tasks assigned by Lead Plant Operator or Production Superintendent.
• Performs other related duties as required.
